Gurkamal Dhaliwal

Gurkamal’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, land development, and general corporate matters.

Gurkamal advises clients on commercial real estate matters, including acquisition, development, subdivision, financing, and sale of development properties. 

Gurkamal obtained his Juris Doctor Degree at Thompson Rivers University in 2020. While completing his legal studies, Gurkamal also participated in the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program. Gurkamal is fluent in both English and Punjabi.

Prior to attending law school, Gurkamal graduated from the University of British Columbia (UBC) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Gurkamal was awarded the Hector Gordon Munro Scholarship on the recommendation of the Political Science Department.
